This 1974 Triumph TR6 has been extensively modified and refurbished, featuring a 3.5-liter Rover V8 paired with a Tremec T-5 five-speed manual transmission and a Nissan R200 viscous limited-slip differential. The car rides on a RAT-CO replacement frame and incorporates performance upgrades including a custom exhaust system, a four-wheel disc brake conversion, Bilstein dampers, and multi-piece 17″ Image alloy wheels. The exterior, finished in Jaguar-specification Brooklands Green with a tan convertible soft top, showcases hood louvers, a plastic front air dam, tinted side windows, Union Jack fender badges, and a bumper-mounted Moto-Vox horn. The windshield, weather seals, taillights, and corner markers were replaced during the build, and the convertible top is complemented by amber driving lights and aftermarket headlights.

The chassis enhancements include Bilstein shocks, performance springs, and heavy-duty front and rear anti-sway bars for improved handling, while braking is managed by Wilwood multi-piston calipers with cross-drilled and slotted rotors and braided stainless-steel brake hoses. The 17″ Image RM1 alloy wheels feature chrome-plated outer rims and are mounted with 205/50 BFGoodrich tires.

Inside, the cabin is outfitted with Mazda MX-5-specification bucket seats trimmed in tan leather with green piping and stitching, along with a leather shift boot, green carpeting, a billet aluminum shift knob, and a wood-rimmed Grant steering wheel. Additional features include air conditioning, a Sony stereo head unit with Bluetooth, and auxiliary power outlets. The wooden dashboard insert houses Classic Instruments gauges, including a 140-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, and supplementary gauges for oil pressure, coolant temperature, voltage, and fuel level. The odometer shows less than one mile since the build’s completion, with total mileage unknown.

The 3.5-liter Rover V8, built with aluminum construction, features a Crower performance camshaft, Edelbrock four-barrel carburetor, aluminum intake manifold, ceramic-coated tubular headers, and PerTronix electronic ignition. Supporting components include an aluminum radiator, a billet aluminum coolant overflow tank, dual electric fans, a remote oil filter, and a Haywire wiring harness. Power is routed to the rear wheels through the Tremec T-5 transmission with a Ford Cobra gear set and the Nissan R200 limited-slip differential. A custom-fabricated exhaust system with a Magnaflow rear resonator completes the mechanical upgrades.

This extensively upgraded TR6 combines modern performance enhancements with classic styling, making it a unique and capable sports car ready for spirited driving or further personalization.
