This 1976 Jeep CJ-7 was refurbished and modified around 2021, with upgrades including an LS3 6.2-liter V8 crate engine, a remanufactured 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission, a lifted suspension, Fuel 17″ wheels, Vintage Air climate control, Dakota Digital instrumentation, and Procar by SCAT front bucket seats. Additional modifications include aftermarket bumpers, side steps, fenders, LED headlights, and exhaust components. The body was painted red and later wrapped in metallic yellow vinyl. The body was previously painted in Porsche Arena Red and currently wears a metallic yellow vinyl wrap. Additional exterior details include a roll bar, Rugged Ridge XHD bumpers, Sure Step side steps, Metalcloak tube fenders and fender flares, aftermarket LED headlights, refurbished metal doors, and a Sherpa winch.
Fuel Anza 17″ wheels are wrapped in 35×12.5″ Nitto Ridge Grappler tires, with a matching spare mounted on a swing-away rear carrier. Warn manually locking hubs are fitted at the front. The suspension lift measures 5.5″ and consists of BDS Suspension 4″-lift leaf springs, 1-3/8″ leaf spring shackles, and FOX 2.0 Performance Series shocks. Additional modifications include a heavy-duty power steering box, shaft, and mounts.
The Procar by SCAT front bucket seats feature two-tone cloth with black vinyl accents, while the Bestop fold-and-tumble rear bench seat is upholstered in gray. Black spray-on bedliner material covers the floors. Interior features include Vintage Air climate control, a JBL soundbar, crank windows, Corbeau harnesses, a center console with integrated cupholders, and black-finished diamond plate door panels.
A flat-bottom aftermarket steering wheel is mounted on a brushed metal dashboard, housing Dakota Digital instrumentation with a 120-mph speedometer, an 8k-rpm tachometer, a voltmeter, a fuel level readout, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer shows 347 miles since the build, with approximately 150 miles added under current ownership. Total mileage is unknown.
The replacement 6.2-liter LS3 V8 crate engine was installed in 2021 and features a March Performance serpentine belt kit, a Novak Jeep Conversions KryoFlow II aluminum radiator, an open-element air intake, and Sanderson ceramic-coated exhaust headers.
Power is sent to all four wheels through a 4L60E four-speed automatic transmission remanufactured by Novak Jeep Conversions, along with a rebuilt Dana 300 dual-range transfer case. The frame has been powder-coated black. Additional modifications include a Lokar Performance Products shift cable assembly, custom-fabricated Dana 44 axles, Tom Woods driveshafts, and a mandrel-bent exhaust system with a MagnaFlow muffler.
